Quality of this place is accurately reflected in its high average rating. This is in fact the best Chinese restaurant in either Bryan or College Station, period and hands down. The food tastes, overall fresher and less greasy then the other places. As some reviewers noticed, there is a tendency to go heavy on the meats and light on the vegetables, but unfortunately this is a pattern endemic to all Chinese restaurants in town and indeed in the country outside major urban areas.I won't rave about this place because I havent found a Chinese restaurant in town at the level of say, the Korean restaurant Ohana. But this is my go-to place now when I need a Chinese food fix.They do a decent job catering as well.

I recently ordered the orange chicken from T-Jins. I chose take-out. Assuming everything would be okay I did not check the food before I left. When I returned home the chicken wasn't cooked all the way through and the breading on the outside was mushy. I only live a few blocks away so the food shouldn't have been cold after a three minute drive. I've heard other complaints before going there but I wanted to try it for myself. Overall, getting undercooked food destroyed my perception of this place. I would like to go back and give them another chance but I will just stick with J&J's. J&J's may have the worst customer service but their food is always cooked properly.?
